We are an ISO-9001 manufacturing company that produces test chambers which simulate environmental conditions, cycling and change. Our market is global. We are looking for an Electrical Engineer to join our ESPEC team. Although our retention rate is very high, our current growth makes it possible to welcome new additions at this time.
Daily responsibilities of this position: Design electrical control systems for custom and standard environmental test chambers. Work with engineering groups to ensure the chamber form, fit, and function are complete. Release drawings and bills of materials to production. Offer technical support to production, purchasing, and service departments when necessary.
We require a Bachelors of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering. We also require 3-5 years experience in industrial controls design, with working with the following:
• PLC & HMI Programming
• Machine Control Troubleshooting
• Experience with AutoCad, preferably AutoCad Electrical
• Some hardware level experience with various types of communications (Serial, Ethernet, GPIB) is also desired.
